Everyone loves Italian! It's hard to find someone who doesn't love a good heaping portion of fresh lasagna. This delicious lasagna recipe is just that, with a twist of using ravioli instead of traditional lasagna noodles. It makes for an excellent combination of cheese and noodles, you just won't believe how awesome the flavor is. With meat sauce and cheese layered over rows of ravioli, it makes a wonderful layered casserole-type dish that can feed an entire family. Give it a try... we promise it's a crowd-pleaser.
Our favorite thing about this recipe is that we always make 2- 9"x13" pans when we prepare this, one to eat and one to freeze. We always freeze one so that we have one ready to eat later or we often use this as our go-to when we know a family could use a meal. When someone is sick, a death, or even just a stressed-out mom... this meal is great to take to others as a meal! We grab some garlic bread and a bag of salad, a bottle of Olive Garden dressing, and deliver. Easy peasy, and always a crowd favorite! The best part is, if the family isn't ready to enjoy it that day, they can easily freeze it for later.
